塞爾瑪·布萊爾剛到紐約時她是想往攝影方向發(fā)展。但后來改變了主意，來到斯特拉·阿德勒演藝學校學習。當她還是個小姑娘時，曾經在希伯來學校學習，她的希伯來名字是Batsheva。孩子；Arthur Saint Blair Bleick 搭檔；Jason Bleick

2004年1月24日，她與演員Ahmet Zappa結婚。婚禮上她穿了一身粉紅色的婚紗。
