準備好的蠶豆,用水浸泡數小時直至發芽,然后將發芽蠶豆和大蒜一起煮,芽豆下酒,對于老昆明人而言,是一件優雅而幸福的事。大蒜也必須吃,吃了身體才能倍兒棒。
