戴衛，成都人，四川省詩書畫院名譽院長、藝術委員會主任，四川省美術家協會顧問，四川省學術技術帶頭人，享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家。
Dai Wei, born in Chengdu, is the honorary president of the Institute of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting of Sichuan, the director of the Art Committee of the Institute, consultant of the Sichuan Artists Association, an academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province, and an expert granted special government allowance by the State Council.

Soul of Wine
戴衛于1963年畢業于四川美術學院附中，1982年應聘入中國畫研究院人物畫創作班，并留院深造。
Dai Wei graduated from the affiliated high school of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1963 and was employed by the figure painting founding class of Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Painting in 1982, and stayed for further study.

從兒時拿起畫筆開始，戴衛就開啟了自己的寫生生涯。從身邊的雞公車車夫到比薩斜塔外的小販，從武侯祠茶館到巴黎街角的咖啡館，從巴蜀美景到祖國的名山大川再至海外的異域風情，都成為戴衛的創作源泉。
Dai Wei began his sketching during his childhood. The jigongche (a kind of wheelbarrow) driver nearby, hawkers outside the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a teahouse of Wuhou Temple, a coffee shop on the street corner of Paris, the beautiful scenery of Sichuan, the famous mountains and rivers of China, and the exotic overseas customs have all inspired Dai Wei's creations.

2019年7月3日，由四川省文化和旅游廳、四川新華發行集團主辦的“不忘初心·戴衛寫生60年作品展”在四川博物院隆重舉行，成為巴蜀畫壇的一大盛事。60年丹青歲月的珍貴手繪稿，展示了他與自然、人文親密接觸的全過程。
On July 3, 2019, Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Sichuan Xinhua Distribution Group held the exhibition of "Dai Wei's 60-year Painting Journey" in Sichuan Museum, which became a major event in the art scene of Sichuan. Precious manus and paintings showcased his intimate contact with nature and culture.
