關于“行人闖紅燈”，怎么處罰？
行人闖紅燈處警告或者五元以上五十元以下罰款。
《中華人民共和國道路交通安全法》中規定：
第六十二條 行人通過路口或者橫過道路，應當走人行橫道或者過街設施；通過有交通信號燈的人行橫道，應當按照交通信號燈指示通行；通過沒有交通信號燈、人行橫道的路口，或者在沒有過街設施的路段橫過道路，應當在確認安全后通過。
第八十九條 行人、乘車人、非機動車駕駛人違反道路交通安全法律、法規關于道路通行規定的，處警告或者五元以上五十元以下罰款；非機動車駕駛人拒絕接受罰款處罰的，可以扣留其非機動車。
